A new trend is emerging in jewelry design that is kinda giving me the creeps. Insects, bats, snakes and animals from under the sea are the inspiration for these jewels and the statement they make is that even scary things can be beautiful. I especially love the Beetle Brooch by Jean Paul Gaultier. It looks like it is crawling all over you.
