"Somebody who is willing to let their face hang out"

I've blogged before about Kristen Stewart and how it is extremely painful to watch her in an interview because she is kind of a vapid bitch. In this interview she fails miserably when talking about the Balenciaga fragrance, Florabotanica, of which she is the spokesperson. Doesn't 'spokesperson' mean you have to SPEAK about the product? It is pathetic that she can't even say one nice thing about the perfume let alone about fashion in general.

And what does she mean by, "somebody who is willing to let their face hang out"?

 Doesn't everybody let their face out?
